The Art Guild (TAG) is an artist organization designed to foster the development of marketing skills among artists. The Art Guild explores the business of art including marketing, curating exhibits, and the support needed to exhibit one's work. Members of TAG prepare, organize and carry out all aspects of an exhibition including artist statements, press releases, receptions, hanging art work and various other responsibilities of marketing. The Art Guild will host various speakers and demonstrations regarding marketing, soliticing galleries, photographing art and other topics relating to the buisiness of art.
